Community Ambulance Service, Inc (CAS) has been serving Venango County since 1967. Commitment to our community has been the focus since our inception. We have a fleet of 7 ambulances and 6 wheelchair vans and an Advanced Life Support Squad. We are licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Health as an Advanced Life Support Ambulance Service, and we hold a license through the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Community Ambulance Service is a not-for-profit agency governed by a 9 member volunteer board of directors. We do offer a subscription program. Our employees are highly dedicated and are proud to serve the residents and visitors of Venango County. We have three station locations within Venango County. They are in Franklin, Cranberry and Oil City.
