The Housing Authority of the City of Franklin has been providing affordable housing to families in need for over 30 years. Today we serve approximately 230 families in the City of Franklin, from young families to senior citizens, and those with special needs.

SHOP PERSONNEL The number of shop personnel varies from 25 to 30 skilled and semi-skilled machinists, welders, assemblers, and machine operators, working two shifts. MACHINE SHOP Primarily a subcontract machine shop with lathe turning, boring, drilling, milling, grinding, welding, and mechanical/electrical assemblies with turning up to 42" diameter X 48" turning size, boring precision locations within a 48 x 48 x 48 cube size.
